🚚 How Delivery Works

Your order can be delivered between:

• Summer: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Winter: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

After confirmation and payment, your order will be delivered within 20 minutes to 24 hours.

If not delivered on time, you’ll receive a full refund within 10 minutes.

🍉 Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery Time: After your payment is confirmed, your fruit order will be delivered within 20 minutes to 24 hours, depending on your location and delivery queue.

If we fail to deliver within 24 hours, you will automatically receive a full refund within 10 minutes of the delay confirmation.

Refunds will be sent to the same payment method you used.

Return & Refund Policy

• If your order is not delivered within the promised time frame (20 minutes to 24 hours), you will receive a full refund automatically within 10 minutes of the delay window.
• If your fruit arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us immediately with a photo for verification. We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
